1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• The return must be made within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal

3. Return Procedure

1. Contact us at agapepapergroupe@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will confirm the return address
3. Carefully package the product and send it to the indicated address

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless the product is defective or due to an error on our part.

5. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used at the time of the order.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded if the complete order is returned.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product. We will arrange an exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs.
