These times are indicative and start from the shipping confirmation. They may vary during busy periods.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. They are displayed to the Customer before order validation.

Free delivery within Belgium from 100 € (VAT) of purchase.

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

In the event of a damaged parcel upon receipt, we invite you to:

1. Note any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery
2. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and damaged products

If your parcel has not been received within the announced timeframe, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
